Flower Healing

If today you are feeling a little anxious, afraid or sad, then take time for self care and to relax amongst plants in your home, garden., local beauty spot or wood. Plants and trees are waiting to help uplift our energy. Over the pandemic many of us have reconnected with their therapeutic, natural healing properties.

I actually remember walking into a store and being greeted by the aura of the orchid ( below in the photograph); which had been put for sale on a display shelf by the entrance. I loved it, but also I was unsure of it as it made me feel slightly uneasy. As I looked at it, it was bringing up some unexpected emotions within me. It made me feel tearful. I realised it was healing me. It was up to me whether I was ready to let go. I purchased it, as I decided there was no point being a Reiki healer if I was not prepared to look within myself and be healed.

When I got home I unwrapped the orchid, watered and fed it lightly with feeder and asked it where it wanted to be placed within in my home. When I got to the right location, It enlarged its aura temporarily, to highlight that this was where it wished to be located.

That evening I sat and watched my new house plant and connected with its energy. As I did, I felt the orchid’s aura grow even larger. It radiated unconditional love to me. Tears started to well up in my eyes. Painful emotions and memories were bubbling to the surface and I could feel them being released and dissolved. After the healing time spent together, I thanked my new healing plant. I spent regular time with it over the coming weeks letting go of old thoughts and memories that I didn’t even realise I had been storing.

Months later the orchid’s last few flowers were beginning to die. I had a dilemma, to throw away my unpaid healing friend or to keep a few leaves in a pot. As I connected with the orchid energetically, the orchid told me clearly it had far more to give and was not ready to die. “I will grow far more; watch me “ it said. It showed me in its outside aura a duplicate shadow of its stalks and on the duplicate shadow it was showing me there were new shoots developing. These were the new flowering shoots it was in the process of getting ready to grow.

It was correct. Over the coming weeks and months the orchid grew more shoots and even more beautiful flowers. Once these had died, the orchid asked for the old shoots to be cut back. I am now on the third display of flowers for my healing orchid and this is the best yet. It is truly overwhelming. It asked not to be staked this time so the flowers are like a bridal bouquet, overflowing downwards. It reminds me that nature helps to raise our spirits and heal us, if we look after nature. If we only ask what it wants from us too.

When we buy plants we often look for the strongest, the most healthiest in the display. The ones not yet budding with flowers or slightly smaller often get left behind and sometimes become unsaleable. If we saw pets for sale we would often choose to help and take home the weakest. We assume that plants do not have feelings or feel pain. Yet, it has been scientifically proven that they do; as talked about in the New York Times Bestseller “The Secret Life of Plants”. When we buy plants, such as orchids, it is so easy to think that once they have finished flowering they are similar to cut flowers; finished with and ready for the bin or garden waste. That they have no future. It took an orchid to change my mindset.

Distance Reiki Energy Healing Specialist

Distance Healing is sometimes called Remote Healing or Absent Healing. It is where you can heal someone irrespective of where they live in the world. People have often initially tried a healer or therapist local to them to help them with their personal difficulties; such as stress, anxiety and depression. They have got to the stage where they are needing to look further afield, around the world and thanks to modern technology they can.

Reiki Distance Healing

I have been teaching Reiki Distance Healing to students for many years. It is taught at Level 2, where students learn how to heal the public. The public may not be able to get to see them face to face in their therapy room. It may be due to shift patterns, disability, high levels of stress and depression, transportation difficulties or location. In Reiki we talk about using a symbol which is said to allow students to heal across time and space.

Usui is believed to have brought in symbols to help students with their healing. Not all students can see and feel energy to the same extent. I have taught students, who wish to develop their gift, a separate workshop on how to see auras – the energy field around people and every living thing.

How Do You Do Remote Healing?

I have Distance Healing clients UK and across the world. I can actually see blocks in a client’s body when they first speak to me over the phone, from a photograph they send me or from an email. I am simply connecting with the energy of the person. Being clairvoyant and psychic has definitely helped in this area of healing.

If a person is happy their energy field to me appears smooth, vibrant and often quite large. In comparison, an unhappy person has a bumpier energy field, and to my eyes is less sparkly and often has contracted slightly inwards.

The energy centres in an unhappy person also start to become blocked over time. The heart to me shows less rays of light emitting from it, and also the energy centres around and above the head usually have started to become tinged or become darker with energy blocks.

Reiki is a form of energy healing. Energy blocks within the body stop the natural energy flow. I believe it just depends where these blocks are and how severe they are, is how quickly you will feel it within your body. An easy analogy is our energy pathways are rather like the roads – a block on the motorway causes more disruption than a block on a country road. Also,many cars blocking many lanes of a motorway will often cause more traffic flow issues than a single car breaking down in one motorway lane.

What Happens in A Distance Healing Appointment?

Step 1 – You simply contact me with your name, your email address, a contact number and what you are seeking help with. Also, how you wish to be contacted – is it via Skype, WhatsApp Messenger or if UK based your usual telephone number.

Step 2 – An appointment is made for you – this will take into account time differences

Step 3 – Payment is made before the appointment – this is £45 currently. A confirmation will be sent to you when payment has been received.

Step 4 – You need to send if possible a photo – one without anyone else in it. Your energy is affected by other people. Also, I am trying to keep the healing appointment about you rather than the others in the photo and their problematic areas.

Step 5 – The Remote Healing Appointment

I will call you and we will speak. I actually see energy centres (chakras), I see energy blocks within and around the body. I will talk about how your body feels to me and you can talk about how you are feeling and where you are at in life. You can talk about any therapies or treatments you may have tried or anything else you feel is worrying you and preventing you moving forward in life.
I then ask you to lie down at your home. Most people lie down fully clothed and if they desire place a blanket over themselves. If you cannot lie down you can sit in a chair with your feet firmly on the floor.
You might want a drink of water on hand and tissues in case you feel the need to let go of emotions by crying.
Place your hands on your body.
You can put in prayers for your healing if you desire. This gives permission for the Angels to help you
Now in my therapy room, I will place the picture of you on my therapy room bed. I will then heal you as I would if you were actually in the room itself.
At the end of the healing I will call you. We chat about the healing session. You can tell me how you feel and I can talk about my experiences within the healing.
I personally would after the appointment leave about 30 minutes to relax before carrying on with daily life.

How Many Absent Healing Sessions Do I Need?

Everybody is different- it varies from individual to individual. A healing is a bit like an onion. The first healing is more likely to have taken off the easy outer layers- sometimes it goes straight to the inner ones and one healing is all you feel you need to carry on forward in life.

For others the energy pain blocks are more deeply rooted, internalised and maybe more severe. Clients have often tried a variety of therapies before calling me. Some have helped, but they know there is more healing to go. The first Remote Healing session booked by them is to experience what Distance healing feels like, to feel they can trust me and it is the following session(s) where they feel confident to fully relax and safe to let go of that deep pain. Some of this pain is often secret, where they have told no-one or very few people. It may be due to a difficult life experience or something they cannot forgive themselves for. I have found that deep pain often needs a feeling of trust of the therapist to let go of. Sometimes it is the Distance Healing- that makes if easier- safety in distance.

Everything that is discussed in the appointment is confidential, as it would be if you were seeing me in my therapy room.

A Distance Healing session with myself is still £50 for the hour.

Working With Crystals – Friday 21st June Warrington

This is an introductory course on crystals for the beginner who is interested in buying a crystal to those looking to work more closely with their crystals.

Common Crystal Questions

When buying a crystal people often have natural questions such as:

The price for the training is £45 and this includes training, course material, refreshments and a certificate of attendance. You simply need to bring your own lunch and a pen.

The Time and Location of The Crystal Workshop

The course is being held in my home therapy/training room in Culcheth. It starts at 10 am and finishes at 2.30 pm. Previous students have found this easy to travel to as it is only 5 to 10 minutes from the M62, M6 and A580 East Lancs. Previous students have come from across the North West including: Widnes, Chorley, St Helens, Manchester, Liverpool and naturally Warrington.

Learn and Qualify in Reiki Level 1 – Monday 13th May

If you are looking to heal yourself, friends and family then this Reiki Level 1 training day is ideal. Reiki Level 1 is sometimes called Usui First Degree Reiki, after the Japanese gentleman, Usui ,who discovered it all those many years ago. On the training course you will learn about Reiki, receive four Reiki Level 1 energy attunements and learn the Reiki hand positions to heal yourself and others. Reiki is often described like a muscle; the more often you use it the stronger it seems to become.

Many people feel compelled to learn Reiki for a variety of reasons such as: wanting to feel more in control of their well-being, to help others, to add value to their live’s or as part of their spiritual journey. I learnt Reiki simply to help my brother who was ill at the time and with no idea that one day I would end up becoming a Reiki Master, having my own healing business or teaching others Reiki.

The Reiki Level 1 course I offer is taught by myself. I am a fully qualified and insured Reiki Master and teacher. I can actually trace my training lineage to the original founder of Reiki in Japan. I am trained in the traditional Japanese Reiki called Usui Reiki.

First Degree Reiki Level One Healing Course

This is a one day training course. It starts at 10 am and finishes at 5 pm. It is held in my therapy and training room in Culcheth, Warrington. Previous students have found it easy to get to as it is only 5 to 10 minutes from the M60, M62 and East Lancs Road.

There are also a couple of simple meditations throughout the day to help people relax. I assume that people have never meditated.

I teach students to heal others using a therapy bed and more practically from a chair. Many students do not own a therapy bed of their own and it can be an expensive outlay, unless your planning to use it professionally. Also, if the person you are healing has back problems or other health issues they may find a therapy bed unsuitable.

At the end of this training day you will be fully qualified to Level 1 – First Degree in the Usui Method of Natural Healing. You will receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate to confirm this.

Price of Learning Usui Reiki Level 1 and Qualification

This is £100 currently. This covers the Reiki Level 1 training, Reiki Level 1 take home accompanying course material, Reiki Level 1 energy attunements and your Reiki Level 1 certificate. You will simply need to bring your own lunch and a pen if you wish to make any extra notes. Refreshments are provided throughout the day. Please let me know if you have any special requirements and I will do my best to accommodate.

What Time Delay Should There Be Between Learning Reiki 1 and Reiki 2?

After becoming qualified at Reiki Level 1, it is generally recommended that a gap of 1-3 months occurs before you take Reiki 2. This gives you time to work with the energy. The more you use Reiki, the more intense the Reiki energy seems to become. It also gives you time to heal yourself. Reiki 1 should be seen as allowing you to heal yourself, whereas Reiki Level 2 is where you learn the Reiki energy symbols, learn to heal long distance and qualify in healing the general public.
