Reiki 1 Training Day
Beginners Reiki training is called Reiki Level 1, first degree Reiki or Reiki 1. Whether you’re drawn to Reiki for self-healing or spiritual development, this course will provide a strong and inspiring foundation. On the day we cover:
- What Reiki is and how it works
- The history of Reiki and its Japanese roots with Usui
- Your Reiki 1 attunements, activating Reiki healing energy within you
- The five Reiki principles and how to apply them in daily life
- How to give a Reiki treatment to yourself and others
You will gain your Reiki 1 qualification allowing you to heal yourself and loved ones.
After the training day, you are encouraged to practice with the Reiki energy on yourself daily for 21 days. After one to three months, you can choose to learn Reiki Level 2.

Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Culcheth (near Warrington), Cheshire
Investment: £120 (£40 non refundable deposit required to secure place, with the remaining £80 payable on the day itself)
Includes: Reiki 1 attunement, take home accompanying Reiki 1 brochure, Reiki 1 certificate of your qualification and refreshments. Simply bring your lunch and a pen if you want to write extra notes.

Also call me, if you feel nervous about attending events or being amongst others. My Mum suffers from panic attacks, I got them after having an emergency c-section at the birth of my daughter. I help clients with anxiety on a daily basis. Sometimes a few minor alternations, such as sitting by a door or window, can make the day feel more enjoyable. You can also get a breather in the garden whenever needed.
