The training day is being taught by myself, Julia, a Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. I am a proud member of the UK Reiki Federation. I teach to Reiki Master teacher level and all my Reiki training courses and qualifications, including this Reiki 1 training day is accredited and approved by the IPHM (International Practioners of Holistic Medicine). You will therefore receive a certificate of your Reiki 1 qualification.
I have my own successful practice, Culcheth Healing, so have real hands-on experience. I have also featured in the media as a trusted Reiki expert. My Reiki lineage has been checked and verified to Usui, the original founder of Reiki. This means I can help you start you Reiki journey with the foundations needed to develop and let your Reiki skill flourish. I can also have the depth of knowledge and practical experience to answer the questions you may have.
Feeling a Little Worried
Many students worry that they might “not get it” The pressure is on me the teacher to teach you. Simply turn up rested wanting to learn. If you get a little anxious about learning with others, it is common, have a chat with me. Reiki 1 is about self healing so students with worries, anxiety or panic attacks might attend. I am used to making a few alternations to make the day easier such as: sitting you near a door, window or arriving a few minutes earlier than other reiki students so you can get familiar with the surroundings. Imagine your pride when you overcome your fears and achieve your Reiki 1. In the future, who knows, you could be teaching Reiki and helping others do the same.
