Life takes you and your body on a journey. Reiki has helped my clients (and myself) with work overwhelm, after childbirth, stressful parenting moments, separation, bereavement, after operations and menopause.
Reiki 1 Training Day
Whether you’re drawn to Reiki for self-healing or spiritual development, this course will provide a strong and inspiring foundation. On the day we cover:
- What Reiki is and how it works
- The history of Reiki and its Japanese roots with Usui
- Your Reiki 1 attunements, activating Reiki healing energy within you
- The five Reiki principles and how to apply them in daily life
- How to give a Reiki treatment to yourself and others
You will gain your Reiki 1 qualification allowing you to heal yourself and loved ones.
After the training day, you are encouraged to practice with the Reiki energy on yourself daily for 21 days. After one to three months, you can choose to learn Reiki Level 2.

I am a recognised leading Reiki teacher in Warrington and Reiki training provider in Cheshire. I have trained hundreds of students over the past decade. I am used to combining my teaching experience with my practical wisdom gained from running a successful Reiki practice. This helps to ensure you have the right information to start your Reiki journey and gain your Reiki 1 qualification.
There is no need to feel any anxiety whether you will “get it”, as the pressure is not on you to learn but for me the teacher, to teach you.
