I believe we all have different spiritual gifts and the fun is discovering what yours are. This Introduction to Psychic Development workshop is a relaxed, supportive day where you’ll get to sample different ways to connect, understand the “clairs”, and practise a range of grounded, beginner-friendly exercises. You’ll also receive take-home accompanying notes so you can exploring at home.
This training is delivered by myself, Julia Trickett, one of Cheshire’s leading Reiki Master Teachers, and a well-known Reiki trainer in the North West (Cheshire / Warrington / Greater Manchester).
On the psychic development class we’ll explore:
- The Clairs (clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, Claircognizance and more)
- How to develop your gifts in a safe, steady way
- Using meditation, crystals and essences to support intuitive connection
- Protection, grounding and energetic boundaries
Practical exercises (done solo and in pairs/groups):
- Telepathy (using Zener cards)
- Scrying (ink scrying, focal point water scrying, and crystal balls)
- Psychometry
- Automatic writing
You’ll have time to ask questions throughout, and everything is guided step-by-step.

- want to explore spiritual gifts in a down-to-earth way
- are curious about psychic development but don’t know where to start
- would love a day that feels supportive, safe and fun (no pressure, no judgement)

The Introduction to Psychic Development workshop is held in my therapy/training room in Culcheth, near Warrington, Cheshire (easy reach from parts of Greater Manchester and the wider North West).

How much is the Psychic Development workshop?
£50 total – full prepayment to secure your place. Payment is non-refundable and applies regardless of attendance. Places are strictly limited so everyone gets support and question time. You will receive take-home training material and a certificate of attendance. This training event has been approved by the IPHM. Please bring your own lunch and a pen. Refreshments will be available.

Do I need to be psychic already?
No. This is an introduction day designed for beginners, simply-curious or wanting to develop.
Will we be doing practical exercises?
Yes, you’ll practise a variety of techniques including Zener cards, scrying, psychometry and automatic writing.
Is this workshop suitable if I feel anxious or unsure?
Yes. The day is supportive and paced gently, with grounding and protection included.
What should I bring?
Lunch and a pen. You’ll receive notes and supporting material on the day. I would wear comfortable clothing.
Is the payment refundable?
No. The £50 is full prepayment to secure your place and is non-refundable. Please do not therefore book on if you cannot afford to lose the money due to sickness or a life event. The class size is only small for teaching purposes and it is not financially viable for me to run them otherwise.
