A Reiki Level 1 Refresher Before You Move Forward
The day begins with a recap of Reiki Level 1, including the Reiki principles, self-Reiki and offering Reiki to a loved one. You do not need to arrive remembering everything. The refresher helps bring the group together before we move into Reiki Level 2.
If it has been a while since your Reiki Level 1 training, or you learned with a different teacher, you can still join us. If you feel you have forgotten all of your Level 1 training, please call me before booking. We can talk about whether the recap will give you the foundation you need or whether repeating Level 1 would feel more comfortable. I want to grow your Reiki confidence.
What You’ll Learn on Reiki Level 2
Reiki Level 2 is often called the Practitioner Level. During this one-day course, you will:
• Learn the Reiki Level 2 symbols and how and when to use them.
• Explore distance healing and have the opportunity to practise.
• Recap and build on the foundations of Reiki Level 1.
• Discover additional techniques, including Stack Healing.
• Receive your Reiki Level 2 attunement.
• Gain an IPHM-approved, accredited Reiki Level 2 qualification and framed certificate.
The course combines teaching with demonstrations, questions, discussion and practical experience. You’ll have time to practise rather than spending the whole day listening to theory.
Learn More Than Reiki Theory
You will be taught by myself, Julia, a Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. I have also run my own Reiki business, Culcheth Healing, for over ten years. That experience means I can share more than the course material. You’ll hear practical tips from my own client work and experience of building and running a Reiki practice. If you’re thinking about offering Reiki professionally, this can help you understand some of the real-life considerations as you decide what you want your Reiki journey to become.
I am a North West Reiki expert featured in UK and Australian media, a member of the UK Reiki Federation at Reiki Master Teacher level, and an IPHM Executive Training Provider. I teach Reiki Levels 1, 2 and Master/Teacher, and have taught students who have gone on to become Reiki therapists, Reiki Masters and Reiki teachers across the North West.
Your Reiki Lineage and Special Certificate Wording
I have a verified Reiki training lineage that can be traced through generations of Reiki teachers back to Mikao Usui, the original founder of Reiki in Japan. Because of this, alongside your accredited Reiki Level 2 qualification, you are entitled to special additional wording on your certificate:
“Attunement and training in the Usui Natural Healing in accordance with the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition.”
These words recognise your place in Reiki heritage, passed from Reiki Master Teacher to student.
You are becoming part of the Reiki heritage. Not all Reiki training qualifications offer this.
A Small, Supportive Class
Reiki Level 2 is taught in a small class, with time to ask questions and practise. You don’t have to be “school smart”. I explain the material clearly and support students with different backgrounds and learning styles.

We can talk about what would help you feel more comfortable, such as arriving before the group or choosing a seat that feels right for you. Reiki Level 2 Training Details
Date: Sunday 10th January 2027
Time: 10am–5pm
Location: Culcheth, Warrington, Cheshire, near Manchester
Price: £145 total
Deposit: £45 non-refundable deposit to secure your place; the remaining £100 is payable on the day.
Culcheth is a small Cheshire village. It is really easy to get to as it is approximately 10 minutes by car from the M6, M62 and A580 East Lancashire Road. Students come from Warrington, St Helens, Wigan, Bolton, Widnes, Manchester and across Cheshire and the North West.
