What is Reiki Level 1?
Beginners Reiki Level 1, is sometimes called First Degree Reiki. It is the first step in learning how to use Reiki for yourself and your loved ones.
It can help you let go of stress and tension, feel calmer, think more clearly and create more space to breathe. As you feel more balanced, it often becomes easier to make better decisions, trust yourself and feel more like you again.
Reiki is also a skill for life. Once you have learned it, you can keep using it to support yourself and the people you love.

This course is suitable for complete beginners. You do not need any previous experience.

Reiki Level 1 training day – Monday 4 May 2026
Join me on Monday 4 May 2026 for a welcoming, highly rated Reiki Level 1 training day in Culcheth, Warrington, Cheshire. We start at 10am and finish at 5pm.
The price for this Reiki 1 training day is £120. It is a £40 non refundable deposit, with the remaining £80 on the day itself. For this you receive your training, your Reiki attunements and your certificate of your Reiki Level 1 qualification. Refreshments are provided, you simply need to bring your lunch and a pen.
You will be taught in a warm, supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace, ask questions and feel at ease.
