Join me in Culcheth, Warrington, on Sunday 3rd January for a friendly, relaxed beginners’ training day. You’ll learn a valuable life skill you can use for your own self-care and to offer Reiki to loved ones. The course is one day, followed by 21 days of Reiki self-practice. You can fit that practice around everyday life, whenever you have a quieter moment.

You Don’t Have to Be School Bright
Reiki Level 1 is designed for beginners. You don’t need previous Reiki experience, and you don’t have to be naturally confident at learning. You’re paying me to teach you, and I’ll guide you through the day step by step. There will be time to ask questions, watch demonstrations and practise. The day is relaxed, friendly and informative.

What You’ll Learn
Your Reiki Level 1 training day covers:
• The history of Reiki and the Reiki principles.
• Four Reiki Level 1 attunements.
• How to give Reiki to yourself, with time to practise.
• How to offer Reiki to loved ones, using a therapy bed and a chair.
You’ll receive a training brochure to take home, a framed certificate and refreshments during the day. Please bring your own lunch and a pen.
Reiki Level 1 can be a complete experience in itself: a new skill for your own self-care and the people you love. If you later wish to offer Reiki to the public, you’ll need to continue to Reiki Level 2.

Time: 10am–5pm
Location: Culcheth, Warrington, Cheshire, near Manchester
Price: £125 total. Deposit: £45 to book; the remaining £80 is payable on the day.
Culcheth is easy to reach from the M6, M62 and A580 East Lancashire Road. Students travel from Warrington, Manchester, Cheshire, St Helens, Wigan, Widnes and across the North West.
Learn With a North West Reiki Expert
You will be taught by myself, Julia, a Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. I’m a North West Reiki expert featured in UK and Australian media, a member of the UK Reiki Federation at Master Teacher level, and an IPHM Executive Training Provider.
I also have a verified Reiki training lineage back to Mikao Usui, the original founder of Reiki in Japan. Alongside your accredited Reiki Level 1 qualification, you are entitled to special additional wording on your certificate:
“Attunement and training in the Usui Natural Healing in accordance with the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition.”
This wording recognises your place in Reiki’s teaching heritage, passed from teacher to student.
